  2. Once your order ships (within 1–3 business days), we'll email you a tracking number.
  3. Click the link in that email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website, to see live updates.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Make sure you're checking the inbox used at checkout.
  • Allow 1–3 business days for processing before tracking activates.

Need Help?

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@officialfifastoreus.com with your order number. We'll look into it right away.
